My wrist and knee do need some pain relief from time to time, especially in the colder months. This product comes with a dosing card to help with dispensing the right amount of gel for the right body parts. This took about 10 minutes to help with the pain, not long at all. The scent is ok, not bad, not strong. There are some areas of the body you can not use this pain gel. Like the shoulder and back. That's unfortunate cause those parts could use some pain relief from time to time as well but it's not recommended for those areas. I do recommend this to those needing some arthritis pain relief.
