The orange you squeeze out for upper body and the blue is for lower body dose so you know exactly how much you should need to not over apply. Works fast, and the relief feels so good. I’m so glad PinchMe sent me this for an honest review. Honestly, I won’t use ANYTHING else!

As I age, I have experienced some arthritis pain in one of my knees. The active ingredient is Diclofenac Sodium, an NSAID for arthritis pain. It can be used up to 4x a day and should not be used on the back, hip or shoulder, but can be used to treat arthritis pain on the hand, wrist, elbow, foot or ankle and of course the knee where I apply it. The gel texture absorbs quickly and it does help relieve pain in my knee after a few days. Highly recommend. I like that this size is travel friendly and can be carried in a purse or carry on bag in case I experience arthritis pain while traveling.

The gel rubs into joint easily and absorbs well after a few minutes. I have a severe arthritis in my hands and most topicals don’t work well for me, however, Voltaren does provide me some pain relief. It does work well and lasts for a couple hours. I would recommend this product for anyone with arthritis, especially those with mild to moderate symptoms.

There was no staining on my clothes from this which was nice. I have recommended this to family and friends.

It seems to help with swelling and pain. I’m nervous to use it regularly because of all the box warnings. Eek.
