[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This works great. You can use it for your hand wrist, elbow foot angle and knee. But shouldn't use it anywhere on more than one or two areas at a time. Might take some.time.to.work.

I don't think I have it or know what it feels to have arthritis, Great if you have elder or if you work at a nursing home and if you know someone young has it.

This works fast for joint pain, and I used it along with an anti inflammatory otc medication. On its own it would be good for mild pain, but paired with a medication is is good for moderate pain as well.

I wanted to like this and as a whole it’s fine but it’s not a “1 time” pain removal. You have to use it consistently and measure it out. I usually don’t have time to do that. I was glad to try it out though!
