I don't have arthritis myself, as I'm only 33, so I gave this product to my mother in law to try. She said she can rub it on when she starts feeling pain, and within 30 minutes, her pain subsides almost completely. She definitely recommends this.

It works but the effects aren’t really long lasting so definitely need to reapply a few times. My mother was the one using it and she prefers her medication and prescribed topical over this.

Based on 4 times a day use and amount for each use, seems excessive. With application to both knees, a tube could be gone in a day or two. Not an option with the expense and 4 times a day application.
