I tried this out for my knee pain and didn’t notice a difference after about a week or so. Maybe im using it wrong or it’s just not working for me. I didn’t want to give it 1 star in case it works for someone else

This product did absolutely nothing for me, I’ll stick to my China gel which works so much better on everything! It did go on smoothly, the smell went bad, but it didn’t help any joint disconnect.
