The hardest thing is I can't pinpoint where the pain originates, so I've been looking for pain relieving gels that would give an overall relief. When I first started applying the Voltaren gel, it did give mild relief, but the more and more I applied it within the limits, it gave a much more stronger relief. Light texture, easy absorbency, and as its effects fully kick in, u dont have to apply it all the time, which I love! And the packaging is travel friendly, so I've been taking it on my trips.

I work long shifts and I am on my feet for hours and when I have joint pain this really helps. The smell is not bad. It doesnt smell like most pain relieving creams/gels. It smells much better. The texture doesn't leave an oily feel, but the scent is kind of strong , but not overwhelming for the results provided.

I didn't notice any kind of scent to it which is ideal for a cream. It also was fast absorption so I was very satisfied on that end. I think my arthritis is pretty bad and this did help take the edge off, but not completely.

It isn't an instant fix for pain but, with consistent use, it has been significantly reduced. It comes with a dosing card which must be used because the active ingredient is diclofenac (an NSAID pain reliever). It has a slight rubbing alcohol scent mixed with another smell that I can't quite place, but I didn't find it to be overpowering or altogether unpleasant. Voltaren Gel is a good alternative to taking pills for arthritis pain management.

It doesnt have the strong scent that most arthritis creams have and its very creamy and smooth to absorb into the skin where your pain exists. It comes in a small tube which is very convenient to carry with you and use as little or as much as you need.
