This cream was okay in a pinch. I notice in order to help I have to constantly use it. While I think this is okay for a short amount of time. For long term use its not enough and will go through the tube quick.

My mom gets pain in her knees and this cream has been a game changer. She feels immediate relief after using it. The formula is very effective and easy to apply
