I have been applying this to my knees when they are sore. So far, this has been working great. It’s very easy to use. I just rub a small amount on my knees. I love that the tube is big and should last a while.

I used as described and didnt notice any difference. In the box does come with a doseage card. Good bottle. Does say use for 7 days which i did and didnt notice any difference. Tried on husband knees as well and he didnt have any relief either
