I’ve used several products over the years, some were very smelly yet effective and some were not smelly and remarkably ineffective. This gel seems to be both effective and very easy on the nose.

I did a lot of typing in my time and I’m paying for it now. This gel has definitely been extremely helpful. I use it after work when I’m finally resting in bed. I’ve used their regular ointment and it’s very sticky and definitely leaves a scent. It’s a gel formula so it dries pretty quickly. It is not scented so you can use it honestly anytime. Like I said, I use it at night before I go to bed and sometimes even during the day when I’m in a lot of pain. Great stuff to have on hand if you suffer from arthritis pain.

But listen — this stuff works. Fast. A little dab and my knees go from “creaking like a haunted house door” to “I can walk down the stairs without holding the railing like I’m descending Mount Everest.” The gel rubs in quickly, doesn’t smell like a medicine cabinet, and honestly makes me feel like I’ve still got a couple good seasons left in me. If discovering Voltaren is a sign of aging, then slap a senior discount on me because I’m a fan. My joints are happier, my steps are springier, and my dignity… well, we don’t talk about that part. But my pain? Gone.

I buy it constantly I highly recommend it if you don't have any issues with topical NSAIDs definitely give it a try.

At first, I thought this was smart but then I couldn’t get this piece out of the lid so there was cream to clean up. The cream has a decent clean but alcohol smell. It’s not greasy. I used this for several days of my heels but don’t get much relief.
