First, it took me a little bit to figure out the packaging, but I then realized you needed to use the cap to take off the safety on the tube. You can see what I am talking about in my video I post. Once the seal is broke, the gel is very easy to dispense. It comes out very quickly and absorbs into your skin fast.. The consistency of the product is nice because it is not oily. Overall, I really liked using it on my wrists as I tend to have general pain there. Plus, it didn’t cause a mess and I can definitely appreciate that in a product.

It does not leave a sticky residue or terrible smell. It worked great for about 2 and 1/2 hours before I had to reapply to my thumb and wrist. It works great but I wish it worked a little longer.

It didn't relieve my pain instantly; I needed several sessions. As a treatment, it's good for several days, and applying the gel several times a day will show great changes in the affected area.
