I’m 27 years old not sure why I received this item but I gave it to my grandpa who has arthritis. He said the gel is terrible & doesn’t help at all. Would not recommend to anyone with severe arthritis.

Coltrane arthritis pain diclofenac sodium topical gel works really well and it held to numb the pain very fast. They are a little expensive but is worth it
