Included in the package is a plastic insert that gives a visual guide for correct dosage on lower and upper body applications. It does have a pleasant scent to it that is not at all medicine-like, or strong menthol. It is a clear gel that absorbed into the skin within a few minutes and in that same amount of time the pain I was experiencing in my ankle subsided significantly. This is a must have for anyone suffering from any arthritic pain.

I have used this fir three days and I can feel the difference already in my knees, I sit with them propped up are curled under me, which before using I had to reposition myself because of knee pain. I only need a small amount and rub deep into my knees and it is helping, it does have a mild scent, its not greasy either. not strong like bengay etc. I would recommend this to my family and friends.

It is an external topical gel that contains 1% NSAID. I use this product 4 times a day. I noticed after about 7 days of consistent use, my pain has significantly subsided. The topical arthritis pain relief gel has an easy to use flip top and easy to squeeze bottle. The gel itself does not have a strong odor nor does it create a hot or cold sensation. It’s a pain relief gel that can take a week of use before arthritic pain is relieved. Because it takes a while to work, I cannot say it’s a perfect product. I prefer quicker pain relief but others may like this product.
