Though the soreness is mostly from the combo, this gel saves his parts. It doesn’t have the overwhelming smell like other gels of the sort and it’s pretty quick and effective. I gave this cream to my boyfriends mom who suffers from arthritis pain in her whole body and she absolutely loves this stuff! The tube is easy to squeeze, has a pleasant scent that isn’t overwhelming, and a very thin texture that soaks in and leaves no annoying residue. She says that she will buy herself a tube when she runs out but she’s thankful to receive this one to try out because the tubes are a bit pricey. Overall she loves it and it gives her relief so I’d say that’s a win!

The flip top lid is a lot easier to use than a twist top. The only downfall of this gel is that it can take up to 7 days to work. It's not for immediate relief. It can be used up to 4 times a day but not on more than 2 body parts at a time. There is not a strong smell & it soaks in & dries quickly. Doesn't leave your skin feeling sticky or burning.
