The texture is great, not watery or pastey but a smooth gel that glides on the skin very nice. I love the packaging as the size is perfect to throw in a purse or small bag and the container is easy to open even for arthritic hands. An excellent value!

So I do like to use this gel on my hands after I’ve braided both my of daughters hair. My hands get very stiff and painful for a few days following. I noticed after about a day or so that it was really working to take away the deep painful stiffness in my knuckles, But I’m a little disappointed because I can’t use it on the arthritis I have in my lower neck. But overall I do like it and it does work I just wish I could use it where I need it the most.

Finding one that acts quickly enough, not a challenge for Voltaren. The packaging made for easy use and reapplication. The scent is passable and overall not a deal breaker.

The scent isn't too strong which is good because nobody wants to smell like a medicine cabinet. Works well with constant use and helped with my elbow pain. This is where I have been using it.

This gel used to be available only by prescription. Serrano types of pain flares are intense and pills can take too long to kick-in, or fail to help if I take them after the pain has already flared up. This topical gel works really fast to soothe pain in my joints.
