The dose card helped so much to give me exactly the amount I needed and we l rubbing it into my skin was pleasant and like a mini massage. The cream isn't tacky and I didn't mind the light scent as it wasn't mediciney like other brands have been. Be sure you pay attention to the instructions because it can definitely take a few days for you to notice the effects. But it's worth it in the end. It is for use only on your hands, wrist, elbows upper body area and feet, ankles, and knees the lower body area. It can take up to 7 days to work and is for arthritis pain only and can be used only 4 times a day. You can't use it on more than two body areas and it can only be used for 21 days and it is not meant for immediate pain relief and can not be used by people allergic to aspirin.

The little cars it came from made squeezing out the right amount easy. The cream seemed to help for a while, but it unfortunately can't be used with heat. Overall, I would get this cream again since it works better than the aspercreme I was using before.
