I've been have joint pains in the knees and elbows for a while now and when I rubbed this gel onto my sore joints it did easy the pain. It's not a miracle cure but did help with the pain.

Voltaren Arthritis Pain Reliever is a topical arthritis over the counter medication. It comes with a very helpful dosage card (how much you're supposed to use for upper body-hands, wrists & elbows- and lower body - feet, ankles & knees). Because it is a topical NSAID you've gotta pay close attention to the listed recommendations. You can't just glop this on like other topical pain relief products. I use it after a long day of wearing compression socks and being on my feet all day. I use the recommended 4.5 inch squeeze on the dosage card for my ankles and knees then elevate my legs and let the Voltaren do it's job. I've noticed significant pain & discomfort relief in both my feet and ankles. I highly recommend this product for targeted pain relief!

The texture of the product is gel like and the skin absorbs it relatively quickly. The tube is 1.7 oz which is a good value for money. After using it a few times, it does really help with arthritis. It relieves pain and makes the joints hurt less.

I'm not sure it maybe it's just me, but this product didn't help me. I have very severe pain, so maybe that's why. It might work better for very mild pain, but it didn't give me any kind of relief. If you have extreme joint pain this might not be strong enough to make a difference for you either. This seems pretty highly reviewed, so maybe I got a less effective batch, or maybe it's just not for everyone.
