I honestly don’t notice any changes in my joint pain/swelling when I apply this to the affected areas. I feel no relief, and when I use this, it says I can’t use my naproxen. I’d rather be able to take the naproxen and get some temporary relief from bio freeze instead of getting zero relief using this.

my mom suffers from osteoarthritis and is in constant pain, with that being said, we thought we’d try this out. she had so much relief and of course, it’s not a pain killer, but it serves it’s purpose. also, it was gentle on the skin. no irritation or rashes.
