We both have arthritis, mines in my hands and wrist and hers is in her knees and ankles and we both us this becauseit worjs perfectfor the both of us! I use mine twice a day and rub it in evenly and gently. She pretty much does the same but sometimes she is using it three times a doy I know and trust this product 100%

I spend quite a bit of time crocheting and I use this gel for my stiff painful joints. It helps and I don't need to take a pill. There is a dosing card in the box that shows how much to use. It does have a medicinal odor, but it goes away quickly.

The smell is slightly unpleasant, but seems to disappear after it has been absorbed into the skin. It contains 1% of an NSAID and states it is an anti inflammatory. Can be used 4 times a day and comes with a dosing card in order to measure the clue t amount for different parts of the body. 1.76 oz tube is not intended for back, hip or shoulder. Also states it may take up to 7 days to even start working, so obviously not very strong.
