I have arthritis in my hands and fingers. I HATE the cap and slippery tube. The cap is awkward for me to open. I always drop the cap. And the tube is slippery - hard to handle. I have used the gel on my shoulders & legs. It seems to help, but I don't know if I'll buy it again with the problems I've had. Someone should rethink the packaging!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m so glad I’ve got to try this pain reliever gel, I don’t like taking medication all the time and this helps me a lot when my knee is hurting, it targets the pain directly and really gives my knees a relief from aching, very effective and great packaging.

I only gave it four stars because I did not see a huge improvement in my pain level but I do understand that you have to use it for awhile per the package so I will give it a try for longer.

The packaging and cap is very user friendly. It has helped so much on those aches and pains. Great price point overall! Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stuff seems to work but I bought this for my mom to use on her hands and due to the warnings and side effects she advised against it . My husband tried and he says it definitely works. He also used it on his hands. He says he feels like he has to wash his hands because he doesn't want to get it in his mouth or eyes. Also, he has very dry hands, and even after applying lotion, it takes a good amount to rub all over hands. We determined that even though it works, due to how expensive it is for such a small amount that for us the benefit doesn't warrant the price we would have to pay to use it regularly.

It also absorbs nicely into the skin, without leaving it feeling greasy. Packaging makes the product easy to use and get to if the issue is in your hands which was great thinking on the part of package developement team. I also feel you get a good amount of product and get value for the money spent.
