[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This topical gel is great for arthritic joints. Since it’s absorbed through the skin, it’s not hard on your intestinal tract like the oral version. I get sore thumb joints from repetitive typing on my phone that causes inflammation & Voltaren gel helps relieve it. It doesn’t smell bad like other muscle rubs & this is a medicine vs a muscle cream & penetrates deep into the area & is applied right where it’s needed. It absorbs well. Be sure to measure the correct dose with the enclosed dosing card because too little won’t work well & too much is not good for you. Upper body joints get a smaller dose than lower body joints. This is a proven pain reliever that has gone over the counter & accessible without a prescription. Highly recommend.

I thought I was too young to use it, however my achy feet and hands (after being a massage therapist for 18 years they hurt) have benefited from slathering this on at night. It takes a minute to dry down and there are some application dosing instructions to follow but if you have arthritis and achy joints, this should be in your medicine cabinet.

It doesn’t take a ton of gel on the area that said a larger tube is well worth getting. It is definitely not as strong as other options but it does help tremendously. It’s fast acting within about 20 minutes and you start to feel relief from pain.

The gel worked well on my knees where I have a lot of arthritis pain (no cartilage in knees) and was soothing. It did rub off a bit on my clothing after application but I made sure to wear clothes that could get dirty for that reason.
