It is cool to the touch, the cream is not too thick so it absorbs quickly and there is no strong smell. It does not relieve your pain quickly but you can feel the relief as the days go by. The warning about its effect on the liver worries me but the effectiveness for joint pain is undeniable. I have arthritis in my right knee and foot. When the weather changes, it causes my arthritis to ache so much it keeps me up at night. I’ve tried Icy hot, bio freeze, tens unit, etc and nothing has seemed to help my arthritis. I was very skeptical about trying this, because I thought it would just be another Icy hot, which usually only helps muscle relief not arthritis itself. However, I was pleasantly very happy with this product. It honestly helped so much. I was able to sleep with hardly any pain. I now use this product every day.

It also has a nice,clean smel and goes on smooth. It started working after only about 10 minutes and it lasted a couple hours!

I was extremely skeptical when my ortho suggested that I go buy voltaren over the counter. I have a lot of joint pain and never have found much relief. I was really questioning buying it when I saw the price tag. It’s a lot of money if I don’t like it or if it does not work. I’ve tried many other creams that seem to do nothing so I was hesitate.
