I know I'm only 37 but I do have arthritis pains in my knees and wrist. This has helped me I was a little nervous using it at first but I done a great job. This has helped the pain lessen which made it easier for me to do my day to day tasks.

I tend to get stiff joints from time to time and have been trying Voltaren to see if it helps. It has a cooling effect that does seem to provide some relief. I’ll keep trying it out to see if it’s suitable for really relieving aches and pains in my joints

We just apply it topically over the area that aches and within minutes the pain is nullified. My only complaint is that the relief doesn't last as long as, say, taking something orally for the pain. But when it works, it's highly effective! I just wish it would provide us with relief for more than just an hour or so.
