The gel formula makes it hard to get the lid back on before making a mess when I apply to my wrists especially. The smell is the only thing I don't like but it's so effective we use it anyways

However, the instructions and cautions are very intimidating. I was a bit afraid to use it. This a product that I will keep on hand but only use when my pain is intense.

It doesn’t have a nasty smell to it which is great because most have a bad smell to them. Its a great product and i will continue to buy it when this container runs out.

I do love that now it comes with an easy to open pop off top which makes it a lot easier when you can really use your hands. It also comes with a handy dosage card that shows you how much to use depending on where you are applying it. It does smell a little bad but it goes away quickly.
