I rubbed a little bit right on my wrist where I get the most pain and it rubbed in quite easily and did not leave a sticky residue, which was great. It did not have a strong scent after application either. I would say it worked quite well to relieve my pain. I only had to put a little bit on in that area to get the maximum benefit.

I am looking for something that gives me relief faster. And limited to how long I can use it, 21 days. So if my pain continues how long do I stop use before using again? And I wasn't able to use it on my back where I suffer from the worst arthritis pain. Instructions state you can only use on wrist, hand, elbow, foot, ankle or knee.
