A little tingly when you apply it but after it seems to go away. I have a lot of trouble with my wrists so I applied it and after I used it for a few days it did help quite abit. I will continue to use this . If you want something that helps your arthritis this might be the product for you.

I hate this product. Had there been some kind of warning on how toxic even the slightest amount of this toxic formula can kill your cat I would have been more careful or immediately returned it or thrown it in the trash (where it is now) I can’t turn back time all I can do is try and warn others so they don’t suffer rhe same guilt, regret and heartache.

I was excited to try this cream. The smell wasn’t bad it had a medicinal oder. Most importantly it helped with my aches and pains. I was impressed. I would recommend this to anyone experiencing pain with arthritis.

No fragrance which is nice I expected an intense smell like bengay. I am having pain in my thumb and this has been helpful, but requires daily application

I'm not sure it maybe it's just me, but this product didn't help me. I have very severe pain, so maybe that's why. It might work better for very mild pain, but it didn't give me any kind of relief. If you have extreme joint pain this might not be strong enough to make a difference for you either. This seems pretty highly reviewed, so maybe I got a less effective batch, or maybe it's just not for everyone.
