She tested it out and claims it did alleviate the pain and discomfort for her. She has arthritis in both her hands and this was a bit of help for her. I personally don’t like the scent. It smells like rubbing alcohol. It comes with a measuring tape for each targeted areas.

It’s a good price and the flip cap is easy for anyone to get in! Absorbs well into skin! I fell on my knees and this did help some to take away pain.

It has a strong odor of rubbing alcohol, but that does dissipate fairly quickly. Beyond the cooling sensation, I'm not entirely convinced it does much. Although when you're in pain every little bit helps... so i guess it's worth trying. And even if all it does is cool the pain while you wait for other meds to kick in, that can feel like enough tovbe worth it.

I do, however, LOVE the dosing guide that comes in the box! It’s important to remind people that you can definitely overdo it with topicals.

After a week of applying 4 times a day he was pleasantly surprised to notice a significant improvement in his knee pain. He is now using it on his wrist as well.

I dispensed the correct amount and applied to my knee. It really felt good when applying. It has a minty, menthol feel to it which also helps with pain. After applying, I made sure to wash my hands as directed. I applied as directed four times daily. After just a few days, I noticed that my knee was not hurting as bad as it was before. I will definitely keep using for as long as I can. I would highly recommend this gel for pain.
