The texture is very smooth and does not have a bad smell to it. I think it is definitely worth the money if you have a lot of arthritis pain. It doesn't do much for othet types of plain like cramps or sport injuries.

I feel there would be a better product that doesn’t have the side affects as this product does. Second, the gel is very pleasant and absorbs very well with no scent. It is sloppy because it is cream. I didn't notice that it lasted any longer than acetaminophen did to treat my pain, and it actually took longer to take effect than an acetaminophen tablet. Acetaminophen is a component in the cream. The list of potential adverse effects is frightening. Also, acetaminophen is far less expensive. This product's dosage strip is uncommon. The lower the pain is on your body, the more of it you should apply there, and the upper areas of your body, the less.

It does have a slight smell, but not too over powerful. Doesn't have a slight smell after it's been applied. It's more of a cream base gel, not sticky at all which is great for absorption
