The box has a ton of information on how to properly "dose" your various affected body areas and even includes a "dosing card" to use before every application. The cream comes out of the tube easily with not too much squeezing, and with the dosing card, it was pretty simple to know how much was the appropriate dose for my hand or my knee. You can use it multiple times per day (per the box instructions), and the cream soaks in after a few minutes well enough to not worry about transferring onto clothing. It took a few days before I noticed a real difference in my pain level and ability to use my hand and knee. But I feel confident that this can be a good way to minimize my suffering during flareups and between doctor appointments.
