I am very active and outside playing sports with my child so this was definitely arrest and recovery savior.

Unfortunately this product didn't have any effect on me. It did absorb well and had a decent inoffensive scent, it just didn't produce any results.

This is great to use before or after a run for achey knee joints. It’s the perfect size to keep in a gym bag and unlike oral medication (which can cause upset stomach) has no side effects. It really absorbs easily into the skin and don’t leave it oily an greasy it absorbs into skin very quickly . I would recommend this to anyone who deals with arthritis pain.

There are very specific instructions when using this, so I suggest reading and understanding the insert that comes with it before using. They do include a dose card that shows you how much you can use for each area. You can wash and reuse that dose card. I do like that the tube has an easy push open top. The product comes out easily. It’s spreadable. But it does smell highly medicated. You will smell like rubbing alcohol. If you’re using it on your hands, they suggest leaving it in for an hour before washing your hands or doing anything. I found the smell to be too much but I guess it’s unavoidable. You have to use it for at least a consecutive week to notice any effectiveness but didn’t really see much of a change. I guess depending on how aggressive your arthritis is this may provide more relief.

I do pair it with a heating pad on low. The scent is kinda funky, but I don’t mind it as it provides me relief. I have recommended this to a few of my friends and they have also bought it.
