The cream consistency was fine. I really liked that it is not watery, no smell/odor which is great. It may have helped a bit for my minor hip, knee pain.

The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is that it’s not an instant fix…you need to use it consistently for a few days to really notice the difference.
