She gets her exercise in by walking every day, but the repercussion is the joint pain. I applied a little bit of this around her knee and she said it helped with the pain. A little goes a long way, so start off with a little bit and wait it out. Apply what you need. You get a good amount in the package.

Unfortunately, I should have done more research on this product. I have asthma and am unable to use it.I'm really disappointed as I so looked forward to finding a product that would work to relieve my pain. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stuff really works! If you're sensitive to lotions or scents, this isn't your product, but anyone else- it's for you! It didn't leave my hands feeling greasy, which is great, and although the scent was strong it didn't give me a headache.

I wasn’t sure what to use this for upon receiving for testing purposes, as I do not have arthritis. However, my MIL has been struggling with arthritis pain in her knee, so I gave it to her for relief. We agreed that the instructions ask for frequent use which could be tough to remember, but so far she likes the product.

I’m in so much pain all the time this actually really does help and it doesn’t smell bad like like all the other arthritis creams, and jealous. I will definitely be buying this again because it worked very well 

I tried this and it worked okay not extremely well and not enough for me to run out and buy it. If you need a pain cream it’s worth a shot different things work for different people but it was not a winner for me. I can say it doesn’t have an overwhelming scent and it did rub in easier then some other products and it also didn’t stain my clothes
