Voltaren Arthritis Pain Gel was something I used to get from my doctor for my knees prescribed. Now it's over the counter with the same effectiveness. A topical gel that is a nice alternative to taking a pill for arthritis pains. Just rub in your affected areas.

But when I got it, it is very specific about where it is recommended for use and these areas are not included. It also has warning about use with other pain medication. So I can’t use it. I do like that is shows specifically how much to use per area and the smell is very nice as well as the consistency. I will pass it along to my mom who has knee pain to see what she thinks.
