My only concern is it barely takes the edge off the pain from the arthritis in my wrists. However, it works great on my knees. The amount in the bottle is great and should last a month.

I have mild arthritis in my knees and Voltaren definitely does work after using it for a few days. If I didn't have pain I stopped using it and the pain returned so I believe the trick is to keep using it no matter what. I am experimenting with using less to see if that will keep the pain away.
