The side effects are kind of concerning ants. The relief is not a mediate if you cannot use ibuprofen I guess it would be a great product if you can remember to continue to use it if you don’t need it.

I wasn't a fan of the scent or the consistency. It absorbed well enough. I wasn't able to determine if it helped with my arthritis pain because it can take up to 7 days before you feel an effect . Might want to test it on a small area first
