I have been using the gel as instructed for about a week now and the pains I typically feel have definitely felt relief! This is not an instant pain relief. You must use as directed and apply the gel multiple times a day for best results.

My husband tried this out on his knee, which I don’t think has arthritis but has always given him pain. He said it absorbed well and helped with the discomfort in his knee, gave it like a cooling effect. The smell isn’t overly strong either which is good.

So I decided to try it again, I have arthritis of the spine and my back hurts constantly! So I tried again and it did give me relief this time. Had some reddening of the skin but not really bad.
