I got this wanting to use it on my shoulder, but the box specifically states where you can and can’t use it, and my shoulder is a no no. So I tried it on my thumb because that has really been acting up lately. The instructions say to use it up to four times a day. And it could take up to a week to feel any results, but don’t use it longer than that if there are no results. The first time I used it I was very surprised how much they want you to use. I measured out my dose with the supplied dosing card, and tried to rub it all in. I couldn’t. There was just too much. So I wiped the excess away with a paper towel. The second thing that surprised me was how strong the smell is. If you use this, you smell like medicine, no way around it. I thought it might lessen after I rubbed it in, but it didn’t. The strong smell bothered me so much I couldn’t give it the time they want me to in order to see if it works, because the first dose did nothing. If it was my foot, I would have given it more chances, but I can handle the pain in my thumb more than the way this made my hand smell.

I can feel a little bit of comfort using it so far, however I need to go a bit longer. So far so good though. I do have a few knee and hand problems from working from home for so long. Very useful in sense. Will continue using it, as it seems beneficial so far. I’m a fan.

This is a must have for sore joints/arthritis. This cream is easy to apply and absorbs very quickly . It leaves no discoloration and no sticky residue . There is little smell which is definitely a benefit to me. Plus, it starts working rather quickly! While this isn’t a solve all it definitely helps to take the edge off.

This is only for arthritic prone areas and not meant for back pain. It definitely help and would be an item I’d be recircling again to purchase come the need arises. This cream absolutely works. I helps keep the pain in my knees down that I can walk most of the day. However, you have to make sure to use it at least twice a day. I do my knees in the morning and evening. It is the best. Having a difficult finding it because the stores sell out as soon as they get it in.
