My only complaint is that it is messy to measure the right dose which is important because it has NSAIDs in it, and that the smell is very strong. I would buy this again.

When my knees get achy after overuse or weather, I follow the amount provided on the easy to use guide and get much needed pain relief without an oral medication! The new meds free cap makes it easy to use!

The only drawback back is that it does take 7 days to work. I can only imagine if you are in pain with your arthritis you’d want it to work if not right away, much sooner than 7 days.
