I have tried the gel for about week on several joints and have not notice and relief. The tube is small and pricey for what the product is. The only thing I really liked was the consistency of the gel. Much better products out there and many are cheaper.

It was easy enough to open the package and use the product, but dispensing the proper amount of cream didn’t help me feel any better at all.
