Everytime i apply to the area that hurts the most, it takes the pain away. Its like icy hot, but better. Its easy to apply. It comes in a tube with a twist top and easy to squeeze out. the gel comes out smoothly. It doesn't have a strong smell or make your fingers tingly. I would buy and recommendthis product.

I read the insert and there are A LOT of warnings on where you can use it and other drug interactions etc. i did try it on my ankle area and at first it seemed to alleviate some of the pain. But within about 10 minutes i experienced burning sensations. I washed the product off but the skin was left very red and raw! Guessing i may have had a allergic reaction. So please use with caution
