[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Volatren Arthritis Pain Gel, but I didn't like it at all. The first thing that I'll mention is that I don't know that I even have arthritis, so I don't need the cream. I feel like it doesn't do anything for me, and it just feels weird on my skin. I won't be using this again. I'm sure it's great for people that it works for, which is why I have it two stars, but it's not for me.

My mom tried this when her knee was bothering her and it was easy for her to understand how to use it. I did like it came with an amount sheet to see how much to use.

To be completely honest I'd rather it go back to being a prescription because for us it was cheaper. All I had to pay was a copayment through our insurance to get it. Now we have to pay full price over the counter. It does work great other than the fact.It leaves you feeling kind of sticky.

My knees have given me fits for years now so it might work better on someone who's knees aren't as bad as mine. I haven't been able to squat in a catchers position for a good 10 years or do lunges. I have noticed with this gel my knees feel a little better but still can't get in the catchers position.
