The gel is easy to apply. The included dosing card makes it easy to see that you're using the right amount. We both found that the gel relieves the pain and lasts for a fair amount of time.

This can be used in multiple areas of the body, and it really does give relief. I think it’s a great product to have on hand and I would definitely recommend this to others. It comes in a nice package and the texture is nice, but it's overall effectiveness doesn't last long. Maybe an hour or two then come pain comes back. Not to say it will be the same for everybody, but would probably work better for mild arthritis.
