There are different measurements for upper body and for lower body which makes using this gel super easy with no guesswork. It applies very easy but takes a little time to actually absorb completely. Once absorbed, however, it didn't feel sticky or greasy at all. The downside for me was that there was a strong medicinal scent when first applied but that went away very quickly. I used as directed but would not recommend.

It absorbed into my skin pretty quickly. I used it on my knee and ankle and the paid I felt subsided. I would have loved for it to be a roll on to put on other areas.
