The consistency is something between gel and cream with a very pleasant scent. I love how this gel smells! You can use it for arthritis pain in a different areas like knees, ankles or elbows . Insurance coverage can help you to have this gel, but you can always buy it over the counter! I never had any allergic reactions or irritation from this gel.

It absorbs in fast it isn’t greasy like most and it don’t have a strong scent stay consistent and you will fill the difference. Handy for a travel pack as well I recommend if your having pain and stiffness.
