It starts working (reduces pain and inflammation) soon after application and lasts for a few hours. You can use it up to 4 times a day (wasn’t necessary in our case though). The enclosed dosing card allows to use just the right amount. The smell can be pretty strong but it goes away quickly. Definitely recommend for quick pain relief!

I have had severe arthritis pretty much my whole life. I have tried EVERYTHING FROM PILLS TO VERY EVASIVE SURGERY,. This gel is easy to apply, it doesn't smell more than a person chewing gum next to you. It absorbs almost instantly and lasts for hours. This is A GAME CHANGER !!

I think it might have helped a little but I’d rather get something foe immediate relief personally. It glides on easy though and isn’t greasy. Absorbs fast which I really liked. Didn’t stain my clothes (I used for my knees). Decent but won’t purchase.
