There is no menthol or heating aspect to it, which is really nice. I feel like longer use than a sample size would really make a difference. I will most likely purchase for further use. I have pretty bad arthritis in my right wrist and thumb area of my hand and when I got this cream, I was actually hurting quite a lot that day . After using it, I noticed the smell wasn’t great, it left my skin pretty tacky and shiny at first, but then it absorbed and dried. As far as the pain going away, I did not experience that the first try. However, I did find less pain the second day when I used it and this morning I have The least amount of pain I have had in a while so whether or not it is because of this cream, I am not I will keep using it. I decided to try this and to my amazement it works and helps relieve some of my pain. It comes in a tube that you use the lid to open. It also includes a dosing ruler. You squeeze the ointment into the card the places your skin where it hurts. I massage it into my knees very bad area and let it dry. It doesn’t work instantly it dies takes little notice it kicks in it works wonders.
