The directions made me feel very nervous as there were a lot of warnings but I did not have any adverse reactions. It rubs in well, dries quickly and has a fresh scent not too medicinal or overpowering. I did like it comes with a guide on how much to use depending on which area you need it for.

I've been using Voltaren Arthritis Pain Gel on a sore wrist from overuse. Verdict: it takes the edge off pain and stiffness so I can get through typing and sleep better. The clear gel spreads easy, dries fast, and there's no menthol burn or heavy smell. I also like it plays nice under a wrist brace, not sticky. Small con: the tube dents and cap gets a bit slippery, also not cheap. Tip: apply to clean skin and let it absorb a few minutes.

Not a magic potion of course, you’ll need to apply it consistently but it does help to relieve pain. Great for those that don’t like taking pills! The tube I received was a good size for them to take when traveling.
