Once you remove that its a simple squeeze tube. Easy to apply cream. Started working in about 15min. Lasted at least 5hrs, I was surprised.

My parents who have arthritis tried this and say it helped a lot with there arthritis pain at night and throughout the day. The smell wasn’t bad or over powering .
