Its just ok - I still have pain, just not as severe. But - a product for people with arthritis should come with an easy open cap option! I understand you need to package the product with a child proof cap, but I live alone, and I do have difficulty opening the bottle. You should include and extra easy open cap in the box with the product - my pharmacist offers me an easy open cap with all my prescriptions

I have osteoporosis, and arthritis, and I have problems with my back, shoulders, and legs/toes. I have taken different Tylenol, but once I found out about this one, it is all I take. Without it I am very uncomfortable! I recommend this to anyone who has joint discomfort. It will help you so much, with fewer pills.

This is the first product that really helped me and belief me when I say I have tried everything. I have a bad arthritic hip and a bad back.and also a very painful,shoulder. In about 30 minutes I was walking ,sitting and moving my shoulder with very little pain . This was a very good day for me and I thank Tylenol for developing this product .

Tylenol is the King of pain relievers.I had a major stress headache after moving for 1.5 weeks and asked a new neighbor for "asprin" and got 2 Tylenol, took one and in 10 minutes I was back to my self. No more generic pain relievers for me. Only buying Tylenol. And the bottle has 3 tamper proof seals on it. The box, the sealed bottle top and the under bottle top. Comforting.

I use Tylenol Arthritis and it works BUT in order to open the bottle I have to have someone else open it. Arthritis in the hands and you must press down and attempt to turn the cap - hey, arthritis in the hands and I need to press down and that irritates the arthritis. Suggest you get a more user friendly cap. Ironic - arthritis in hands and a cap that arthritis hands can't open

Did they change this? I've used this product before, a couple of years ago, for relief from a pinched nerve. Back then it was only labeled as "8 hour" and was the only thing that kept me sane until I could get to a doctor. But this time, it's just not helping my pain at all. In addition, it's also making me incredibly nauseous, like an acid reflux reaction. Extra strength, generic brand, acetaminophen, however, doesn't. I really don't understand the difference, but clearly whatever this is, it isn't regular tylenol.
