My new back pain go to. Relief does last longer than extra strength. Downside is only 2 doses a day is allowed to stay under 3000 mg of acetaminophen per 24 hour period. this leaves you with no pain relief available during 8 hours of the 24 hour day.

I like Tylenol products. But... when you suffer from Chronic Pain and your pain Physicians feels that just taking a Tylenol will fix it after many years of pain management therapy with PAIN MEDICATION !!! A Tylenol is not going to replace it. ( sorry for my rant ) But.. for regular Arthritis pain which I also suffer with it's ok.

I take these with ibuprofen for horrible menstrual cramps. The arthritis strength is the only one that actually helps with the terrible pain. I was glad I was able to get a 24 count because I don't take these all the time and just need some per month. I find them pretty easy to swallow and generally can swallow two at one time. Haven't noticed any bitter taste.

This is helping with my fibromyalgia, better than the opioids they have me on without the sleepiness and sluggishness. It’s a little more powerful: 625mg vs 500mg for regular Tylenol. I’m one of those who have to take it every day so the large size of the bottle is welcome.

I didn’t like that this medicine does absolutely nothing to ease my pain. I have Osteoarthritis and the days when I’m suffering inflammation can be brutal. I bought this because it’s time released and specifically made for arthritis pain, however, I was very disappointed..

These are great for their advertised purpose. My arthritis tends to flare up more now than it ever has and I am always looking for a budget friendly relief. These are it!!!! They’re not chalky so they’re easy to swallow. Not necessarily small,but still easy. My relief kicks in about 30 minutes or so after I take two. This is about my fourth time buying them. They definitely last around the 8 hour mark as advertised. Glad tried them! They’ve helped me more than any other store bought brand that I’ve bought in the past.

Have been suffering with hip and leg pain which doctor feels is probably Arthritis. He felt rather than have me go through a lot of testing to try this Tylenol Arthritis. Oh what a difference! Pain is gone. I only use it when the pain begins, but gone almost instantly.

I suffer from chronic pain and regular pain meds have stopped working. I’ve tried most everything. I finally broke down and tried the Tylenol 8 hour and it worked!! Even the stronger medicine didn’t help but the Tylenol worked. No upset stomach or side effects. Just good ole pain relief. Should have tried it sooner.

Great product, great price. Originally have been buying the Sam's equivalent product but have been out of stock awhile. These work great on normal aging arthritis aches & pains. Gave bottles to my Dad & brother, both said the product really provided pain relief.

I can only take Tylenol for pain/fever due to stomach issue. I was taking Extra Strength Tylenol but still hurting. It hit me to look at Tylenol Arthritis and check ingredients. Wow I was excited when I find that only diff is MORE ACETAMINOPHEN in Arthritis one. NO OTHER DRUGS. It is definitely more helpful. 😊
