Can you create an easy-to-open cap? I have no small children here and just had basal thumb joint surgery and still do not have full function of he thumb. AND I HAVE PAIN! About 25 minutes after I take it it starts working, and really takes the pain away, but it also makes me very sleepy. I sleep well when I take it, but there must be something in it that's extremely relaxing. I also notice the next day that the pain comes back full force and sometimes worse. It's kind of a 50-50 thing. But when you're in a lot of pain you need to do something about it right away and this works. My doctor recommended it because it doesn't cause stomach pain like some of the other products do, and so far aside from a little bit of acid stomach, it does work

With a Hurricane in the area or on blustery rainy days the joints in my hands & feet throb, with pain, due to the weather pressure. I took 2 caplets & it didn’t help the throbbing pain until 4 hours later but I was thankful it was finally working. The pain didn’t completely go away but it was lots less & the throbbing had stopped, which was a huge relief. I do have to say that after the 4 hours I did feel nauseated, a bit achey in my tummy, some lightheadedness & not quite right. I don’t think the pain relief is quite worth the side effects, for me. I was hopeful but I won’t be using it again.

I have fibromyalgia and bursitis and arthritis this is the best product I have found to relieve pain. I have kidney issues also and Tylenol is the only pain reliever I can take before I had the kidney issues I tried all kinds of pain relievers and I was using Extra Strength Tylenol now I use this one and I am glad I found it. IT WORKS.
