got these for my fiance as he works 6 weeks of day shift and 6 weeks of night shift. alternating like that makes his muscles hurt more especially now that its getting cold outside. he loves these and says they give him relief.

These can be taken 2 every 8 hrs- not to exceed 6 in 12 hrs. However , usually 2 caplets will help my pain. I recommend them to anyone with medium arthritic pain.

this product was just okay. I have severe arthritis so it really didn't comfort me the way I wanted it to. maybe I was expecting to much. not satisfied with Tylenol products at all. even regular Tylenol doesn't work at all on me. but that's me.

This is a fantastic buy. It is very cost saving buying in a large size. My husband and I use it for all our ache and pains. It is stronger than extra strength Tylenol.

It’s supposed to be just extra Tylenol but I’m sure there are additional ingredients because it works much better than taking 3 Tylenol (1500 mg) roughly equal to 2 Tylenol arthritis.

I’ve been taking this for about two years and it helps so much with my osteoarthritis, I’m careful to not take over the recommended amount and it beats taking a prescription!!
