Whenever I feel a headache or sick, I drink this pill and it make me feel a little bit better. But it doesn't completely heal me or do very much in term of overall.

Tylenol is always the best. We have a bottle on hand always and even keep one in the car. You never when those aches and pains are going to hit. Tylenol brand always.

Did actually work, my mom suffer from headache and this wasa really good relief.I take just 1, and wait a couple of minutes to work. Take with water or coffee, works better.

I have bought and used it but I feel that it lasts a long time to calm the discomfort if the process is very slow but it is not that bad either………………….

Tylenol extra strength is a staple in our medicine cabinet. It’s the best. The price is great and it’s effective right away. It clears headaches so fast. Cramps as well which is so nice. We will never stop buying this!

I have to take instead of Advil which worked MUCH BETTER in relieving my back pain. Good for first 6-8 hours if taking three 500mg every 3-4 hours. But maxed out recommended dosage and then PAIN is BACK!!

Every time I have a headache or aching, I just take this medicine and then after about 30 minutes so I feel they have worked. This is a medicine that can't be without in my house.

Personally I find these are good for general pain management, but it doesn’t work as well for my headaches. Even the extra strength isn’t as effective as I thought it would be. The pills are easy to swallow which is a bonus.
