I love Tylenol. I'm not able to take ibuprofen so this is always great. Sometimes it doesn't completely help with pain but it's pretty reliable for the most part

I like Tylenol Extra Strength it helps with the pains of a headache without making me feel dizzy throughout the day, which i feel with some medications for headaches.
